You can dissolve Swedish herbal bitters in fruit juice to cover up the bitter taste.
Swedish Herbal Bitter Internally
Dissolve max. 2 teaspoons of herbal bitters in a cup of herbal tea or a glass of water or fruit juice.
How often you use Swedish herbal bitters depends on your goal:
For maximum beneficial effect: max. 3 times a day
To maintain the positive effect: morning and evening
Maintenance dose: only in the morning
Swedish Herbal Bitter Externally
Soak a cotton pad with Swedish herbal bitters and place it on the painful area. Put a bandage or cloth around it and leave it to work for approx. 4 hours.
 
Ingredients 
Saffron, Myrrh, Silver Thistle, Wormwood, Senna Leaf, Manna, Angelica, Camphor, Vent. Thereak without opium, Rhubarb Root, Zedoare Root according to the recipe of Maria Treben in water with 38% alcohol.
